How To Measure -

Chest

Measure just under the arms and across the shoulder blades holding the tape measure firm and level. Make sure the tape measure is snug (not tight).

Neck

Measure your neck circumference where you would normally button up your shirt.

Sleeve Length

With arms relaxed at your side and slightly bent, measure from the center back of your neck, over point of shoulder, down the outside of your arm to the wrist.

"I am typically a 5xl, unfortunately my belly protudes a bit too much. This shirt does fit and I can button up however the buttons around the belly are a bit snug and in order to tuck it in I should get the xtra long even though I am only 5'6" . The belly is the issue."
